Child Care Executive Partnership; conforms title of partnership program; revises family income eligibility requirements; revises membership of partnership; authorizes administration of child care purchasing pool funds by state resource & referral agency; provides for development of procedures for disbursement of funds through child care purchasing pools; deletes references to pilot child care purchasing pools; revises parent fee requirements. Amends 409.178.
