GENERAL BILL by Crime & Punishment ; Byrd ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Merchant ; Stabins ; Fasano ; Tamargo ; Crist ; Murman
Offenders/Correctional Supervision; provides that conditional releasee & parolee must submit to searches of his or her person, property, or residence as requested by correctional probation officer; reenacts certain provision re habitual felony offenders & habitual violent felony offenders, to incorporate said amendment in reference; provides for issuance of arrest warrant for parole violator by correctional probation officer, under specified circumstances, etc. Amends FS.
