Greenways and Trails Program.
Greenways and Trails Program.
260.0141 Greenways and Trails Program.--There is established within the department the "Florida Greenways and Trails Program," the purpose of which is to facilitate the establishment of a statewide system of greenways and trails. Such greenways and trails shall be acquired pursuant to this act.
