Itinerant Merchants/Invoice/Receipts; provides definitions; requires said merchants to retain invoices or receipts on new merchandise purchased or obtained for resale; specifies required information; authorizes law enforcement officers to request production of such information; authorizes confiscation of such property under certain circumstances; provides for sworn affidavit in lieu of certain information; provides penalties.
