GENERAL BILL by Constantine ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Andrews

Government Conflict Resolution Act; renames "Florida Governmental Cooperation Act" as "Florida Governmental Conflict Resolution Act"; requires local & regional governmental entities to exhaust procedural options of act before court proceedings in circuit or county court, except in specified circumstances; provides for review by court of justification for failure to comply with act; provides for conflict assessment meeting & provides requirements, etc. Amends Ch. 164.
