Negligence Actions; exempts compensation under workers' compensation from certain reductions for collateral sources; redefines term "collateral sources" re negligence actions; revises language re applicability of joint & several liability to certain actions; provides that certain employers participating in W.C. eligiblity program shall not be considered party in negligence action & shall not be listed as tortfeasor on certain jury verdicts. Amends 768.76,.81.
