Telephonic Solicitations; provides legislative intent; revises provisions re telephonic solicitations; revises definitions; revises procedures for limiting or prohibiting telephonic solicitations; provides for affirmative defense; provides for notification of candidates for public office; revises requirements regulating telephonic solicitations; provides that central voter file shall indicate voters on "no telephonic solicitation list", etc. Amends 501.059, 98.097. APPROPRIATION: $1,427,745.
