GENERAL BILL by Meek ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Garcia

Elections; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/H3743,3941) restricts requests for absentee ballots to electors by mail or in person; revises voter's certificate to include reference to requirements to receive absentee ballot; provides that absentee ballot shall be considered illegal if it does not include signature & address, printed name, & voter registration or driver's license number of each attesting witness, etc. Amends Chs. 97, 101, 104.
