HB 3971: Health Facilities Authorities
GENERAL BILL by Gay ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kelly ; Lippman ; Spratt
Health Facilities Authorities; provides that accounts receivable program in which authority participates on behalf of health facility may include financing of accounts receivable acquired by facility from other health facilities, regardless of affilliation or location; provides exemption from sales tax for sales to health system foundation during specified years. Amends 154.209, 212.08.
