Florida Title Loan Act; provides legislative intent; requires licensure by Banking & Finance Dept. to be in business as title loan lender; provides for eligibility for licensure; provides for suspension or revocation of license; provides for recordkeeping & reporting & safekeeping of property; provides for certain records from FDLE; repeals provisions re title loan transactions by secondhand dealers, etc. Amends Ch. 538. APPROPRIATION: $500,000.
