Commercial Game Promotions; revises provisions re game promotions in connection with sale of consumer products or services; redesignates such game promotions as commercial game promotions; requires registration of game promotions; provides for notification of winners; requires Dept. of State to keep certified list of such winners for specified period of time; revises powers of Dept. of State & Atty General re operation of game promotions, etc. Amends 849.094, 721.111.
