Insanity Defense Reform Act; creates said act; bars mental condition from being raised as defense to any criminal offense charged; requires that person suffering from mental condition requiring treatment be committed to DOC or as otherwise provided by law for placement in appropriate facility for treatment; provides for court determination of defendant's fitness to proceed; requires hearing under specified circumstances when report is contested, etc. Amends FS.
