1998 Personal Fitness Education Act; titles act as "1998 Personal Fitness Education Act"; revises credit requirements for high school graduation; encourages elementary schools & middle schools to implement personal fitness programs & provides for allocation of funds; provides for allocation of funds for upgrading physical education specialist position in DOE. Amends 232.246; creates 233.0616.
