GENERAL BILL by Elder Affairs & Long Term Care ; Brooks ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Jacobs ; Argenziano ; Carlton ; Wiles ; Reddick ; Barreiro

Adult Abuse, Neglect & Exploitation; deletes references to self-neglect from provisions re adult protective services cases & reports; defines "disabled adult in need of services" & "elderly person in need of services"; provides for determinations in onsite protective investigations that certain persons are persons in need of services; provides for investigation by local law enforcement agencies of possible false reports, etc. Amends Ch. 415, 430.205.
