FSU Medical School; establishes Program in Medical Sciences as 2-year medical school within Florida State University; provides legislative findings & intent; provides for issuance of medical faculty certificate without examination to individual who has received full-time faculty appointment to teach program of medicine at FSU; requires Board of Regents to commission independent study; provides components of study, etc. Amends 458.3145.
