Public Service Commission; provides for nonpartisan election of members of commission; provides for initial election of commissioners under this act; amends provisions to conform; repeals certain provision re Florida Public Service Commission Nominating Council. Amends 350.01,.001,.04,.041,.043,.0605, 112.324; repeals 350.031.
Effective Date: 01/02/2001 except ss. 2 & 10 effective upon becoming law
