HB 4317: WAGES Program
GENERAL BILL by Dawson-White
WAGES Program; provides protections for current employees re assignment or employment of participants in WAGES program; prohibits displacing or terminating existing employee if position is filled with WAGES participant; extends time limitations if local WAGES coalition determines & State Board of Directors certifies that WAGES program is not fully implemented in service area, etc. Amends 414.065,.105.
