Juveniles/Programs & Services; requires Juvenile Justice Advisory Board to conduct study re education programs for juvenile offenders; revises provisions re alternative education programs for students in residential care facilities; prohibits state agency from expanding existing Orlando Regional Juvenile Detention Center or building new detention center or other commitment facility on property contiguous to existing detention center, etc. Amends Chs. 230, 402, 985. APPROPRIATION: $150,000.
