Contaminated Site Rehab. Tax Credit; provides for credit against annual intangible personal property tax for portion of costs of voluntary cleanup rehabilitation of specified contaminated sites; provides for credit against corporate income tax for portion of costs of voluntary cleanup rehabilitation of specified sites; provides procedures & requirements for approval of such tax credits by DEP, etc. Creates 199.1055, 220.1845, 376.30714; amends 220.02.
