GENERAL BILL by Flanagan ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Alexander
Excise Tax on Documents; prescribes liability for tax when renewal note increases unpaid balance or original face amount of original contract & obligation; provides that certain provision, which exempts from tax renewal note evidencing revolving obligation which does not increase original face amount of original contract & obligation, applies retroactively to certain renewal notes. Amends 201.09.
