Child's Records/Confidential; provides for access to child's records by Fla. Partnership for Children First, Inc., & provides exemption from public records requirements for identifying information in such records re children eligible for programs under partnership's jurisdiction; takes effect on same date as CS/H683,2131 or similar legislation creating s. 411.01 takes effect, if adopted in same legislative session or extension thereof, etc. Amends 411.01.
