GENERAL BILL by Colleges & Universities ; Casey ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ball ; Betancourt ; Constantine ; Ritter ; Rojas ; Rayson ; Brooks

Postsecondary Education; revises & adds definitions re postsecondary student fees; authorizes district school boards & community college boards of trustees to establish technology fee, specific fees for certain instruction, & fee schedules for specified fees; authorizes each university president to submit plan to Board of Regents to increase matriculation & tuition fees for specified professional programs, etc. Amends Ch. 240, 228.041, 239.117, 250.10.
