Holocaust Victims Insurance Act; creates said act; requires DOI to provide certain assistance to Holocaust victims; provides requirements for insurers re insurance claims from beneficiaries, descendants, or heirs of Holocaust victims; limits certain statutes of limitation under certain circumstances; requires insurers to report certain info to dept.; requires dept. to report to Legislature, etc. Creates 626.9543.
