Fire Prevention & Control; defines term "fire extinguisher"; requires individual or organization that hydrotests fire extinguishers & preengineered systems to obtain permit or license from State Fire Marshal; increases amount of insurance coverage that applicant for licensure is required to obtain; provides requirements for obtaining upgraded license; provides requirements for installing & inspecting fire suppression equipment, etc. Amends Ch. 633, 489.105.
