Workers' Compensation Compliance; authorizes Workers' Compensation Div. of LES to approve & revoke certificates of exemption; requires notice on election forms that providing false information is felony; revises documentation that must be filed by employer that obtains building permit; authorizes division to enter & inspect places of business for investigating compliance; specifies notice of injury to be medical record, etc. Amends Ch. 440, 626.989, 627.413, 775.15. APPROPRIATION: $1,100,000.
