West Coast Inland Navigation Dist.; (Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota, Manatee Counties) provides for codification of special laws re special districts pursuant to chapter 97-255, Laws of Florida, re West Coast Inland Navigation District, a special tax district of State of Florida composed of said counties; provides legislative intent, & codifies & reenacts specified chapters; provides additional powers; provides for repeal of all prior special acts re said district, etc.
