Law Enforcement Radio Info. System; provides for issuance of bonds to finance or refinance acquisition, construction, & equipping of law enforcement radio information system; extends time period on surcharge on license tax until such bonds are paid or provision is made therefore; extends time period on surcharge on vessel registration fees until such bonds are paid or provision made therefore. Creates 215.656; amends 320.0802, 327.25.
