GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice Appropriations ; Villalobos
Criminal Justice Trust Funds; terminates specified trust funds & fund accounts within state courts system & DOC; provides for transfer of current balances to general revenue, paying of outstanding debts & obligations, & removal of terminated funds & accounts from various state accounting systems; amends provision re Working Capital Trust Funds used to fund data processing centers to remove reference to judicial branch, etc. Amends Chs. 944, 945, 216.272, 948.09, 951.23.
