GENERAL BILL
Property & Services Procurement; provides price preferences for businesses in historically underutilized business zones; prohibits specified activities in procuring property & services; revises certain certification criteria for certain minority business enterprises; authorizes LES Dept. to negotiate terms of statewide & interlocal agreement on certification of business concerns for minority business enterprises for certain purposes, etc. Amends Ch. 287.
