GENERAL BILL by Financial Services ; Safley ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lippman ; Bitner
Workers' Compensation; excludes coverage under Defense Base Act; provides individually self-insured employers option to provide medical benefits either through managed care arrangements or without managed care arrangements; modifies requirements of 24-hour health insurance coverage pilot programs; creates Special Disability Trust Fund Privatization Commission; creates Special Disability Trust Fund Finance Corporation, etc. Amends Ch. 440. APPROPRIATION: $200,000.
