GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Dudley
Assessments on Health Care Entities; exempts outpatient radiation therapy services provided by certain hospitals from annual assessment on net operating revenues of such hospitals; exempts freestanding radiation therapy centers from annual assessment on net operating revenues of certain health care entities; provides legislative intent to evaluate implication of Adult Heart Transplant Program in this state, etc. Amends 395.701,.7015.
