Weapons & Firearms; revises definition; revises conditions precedent to issuance of license to carry concealed weapon or firearm; requires denial or revocation of license under specified circumstances; provides additional condition under which license shall be suspended or revoked pursuant to certain provision; revises provisions re mandatory 3-day waiting period between purchase & delivery of handgun; provides penalty, etc. Amends Ch. 790. APPROPRIATION: $607,596.
