CS/SB 784: Federal Proceeds Trust Fund
GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Gutman
Federal Proceeds Trust Fund; creates said trust fund for FDLE to deposit revenue received as result of federal forfeiture proceedings & asset-sharing programs; provides that trust fund is exempt from service charge levied against state trust funds; requires that expenditures from trust fund comply with certain federal guidelines; provides for future review & termination or re-creation of trust fund. Amends 943.362.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law if enacted by at least 3/5ths vote of membership of each house of Legislature
