SB 850: Public Record Exempt./Art Therapists

GENERAL BILL by Turner

Public Record Exempt./Art Therapists; provides for application of public records exemptions in certain provisions to certain information re art therapists, registered art therapist interns, & provisional art therapists; provides for application of public meetings exemption in certain provision to proceedings of probable cause panel re investigations re such practitioners; takes effect on same date that HB 3325 or similar legislation revising Ch. 491 takes effect, etc. Amends 491.0047.
