GENERAL BILL by Tourism ; Dawson-White
Professional Sports Franchises; revises definition of "league" for purposes of qualifying as facility for new professional sports franchise or facility for retained professional sports franchise; provides for creation & maintenance of amateur sports fields by certified applicants; provides that applicant certified as retained spring training franchise facility is required to have contract with LES Dept. for hiring WAGES participants, etc. Amends 288.1162, 212.20.
