GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Dudley

Condominiums; requires adequate insurance or fidelity bonding to cover funds in custody of association; provides for financial reporting requirements; provides for commingling of reserve & operating funds; amends procedures for elections, recall of board members, mailing of notices, & annual budgets; eliminates 2-year exemption for developers on reserve funds; provides procedures that allocate cable TV service as common expense, etc. Amends Ch. 718.
