HB 1005: Money Judgments Enforcements

GENERAL BILL by Greenstein

Money Judgments Enforcements; authorizes code enforcement boards to sue to recover amount of money judgment on lien plus interest; authorizes certain counties or municipalities to adopt ordinances granting code enforcement boards or special masters authority to impose certain fines in excess of those authorized by law; provides for prevailing party to recover all costs, including attorney's fees, in action for money judgment on lien, etc. Amends 162.09,.10,.12.
