GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Carlton
Hospital Meetings & Records; defines term "strategic plan" for purposes of provisions which provide for confidentiality of such plans & of meetings relating thereto; provides exemption from open meetings requirements for meetings at which such plans are modified or approved by hospital's governing board; provides conditions for early release of transcripts of meetings at which such plans are discussed, etc. Amends 395.3035.
