Consumer Protection; provides additional information to be included within initial registration statements for charitable organizations & sponsors; prohibits employee of such organization or sponsor from soliciting contributions on behalf of such organization or sponsor under specified conditions; prohibits employment of specified persons by professional fundraising consultants; revises license requirements under Fla. Pawnbroking Act, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $450,000.
