Sales Tax Exemptions; amends provision re tax on lease or rental of or license in real property; revises application of exemption for property leased, subleased, or rented to person providing food & drink concessionaire services within certain premises; provides that value of admission does not include state or local seat surcharges, taxes, or fees, or certain ticket service charges under certain conditions, etc. Amends 212.031,.04.
