Fire Safety; exempts licensed fire protection contractors from certain engineer registration requirements; clarifies required documents for fire sprinkler systems for building permit purposes; clarifies limitation on certain definitions; clarifies authorization of certain persons to design fire protection systems. Amends 471.003, 553.79, 633.021.
