HB 1121: Judicial Nominating Commissions

GENERAL BILL by Brummer

Judicial Nominating Commissions; deletes requirement for appointment based upon race or gender & requires consideration of those factors in making appointments; provides for said commission of judicial circuit to include among its members & electors at least one resident from each county within judicial circuit. Amends 43.29.
