Front Porch Florida Act; creates Neighborhood Revitalization Act; provides legislative intent to advance urban policy that helps communities rebuild their neighborhoods; creates Revitalization of Urban Neighborhoods Grant Program; provides requirements for neighborhood revitalization plans & action grants; requires that grant recipients submit progress reports to Office of Urban Opportunity within Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office, etc. Amends Ch. 290.
