Pinellas Co./Home Rule Charter; adds provision to provide that any charter amendment proposed by Pinellas Co. Commission pursuant to specific provision, by citizens' initiative under specific provision, or by Charter Review Commission pursuant to specific provision shall be placed on ballot for voter approval or rejection in accordance with requirements of Charter & without necessity of prior reference to or approval by Legislature, etc.
