Law Enforcement Officers; specifies misdemeanor violations which affect eligibility for employment or appointment as officer; requires Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission, after notice & hearing, to issue order revoking certification upon conviction for felony or specified misdemeanor; provides for rescission of order under certain circumstances; conforms cross reference. Amends 943.13,.1395,.22.
