CS/HB 1143: Aquaculture

GENERAL BILL by Agriculture ; Bronson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kelly ; Murman

Aquaculture; provides that marine aquaculture products are exempt from Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission resource management rules, except for snook; allows water hyacinths to be sold outside United States; provides for regulatory responsibilities over Fla. Aquaculture Policy Act; provides for restrictions on aquaculture certificates; provides cultured shellfish theft reward program; provides severability clause, etc. Amends Chs. 370, 372, 581, 597.
