Consumer Finance; increases application fee; requires licensees to notify Banking & Finance Dept. before relocating business; requires licensee to report bankruptcy filings to dept.; deletes schedule of examination fees; requires disclosure of additional information & evidence of satisfaction of lien under certain installment contracts; authorizes rules to allow electronic submission of forms, documents, & fees, etc. Amends Chs. 516, 520, 559, 615, 681, 697.
