Voter Registration; eliminates information & notice requirements re homestead exemption from uniform statewide voter registration application; eliminates requirement that supervisor of elections must forward to property appraiser names & homestead addresses of persons registering to vote at address other than that at which they claim homestead exemption; eliminates requirement that property appraiser examine such forwarded information, etc. Amends Chs. 97, 98, 196.
