Public Records/Domestic Violence; provides exemption from public records requirements for certain records of domestic violence used in unemployment compensation cases; provides expiration date; provides finding of public necessity; takes effect on effective date of SB 1340 or similar legislation, re unemployment compensation, & shall not take effect if that legislation does not become law.
