GENERAL BILL by Geller

Insurance/Self-Evaluation Privilege; provides insurance compliance self-evaluation privilege for insurers & persons conducting activities regulated under Fla. Insurance Code who conduct voluntary internal audits of their compliance programs & management systems to improve compliance with state & federal law; provides that such audit documents are privileged & not discoverable or admissible as evidence in any civil, criminal, or administrative proceeding, etc.
